Mail Station offers shipping, printing, mailbox rentals (physical and virtual), fingerprinting, notary, document destruction, and other related services.

 

 

2. Payment Terms

 

Payments are due at the time of service or according to the terms of your account. For recurring services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file according to your selected plan.

 

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

 

Refunds are provided at our discretion for services rendered incorrectly or not as described. Recurring services may be canceled in accordance with your service agreement; however, prepaid services may not be refundable.

 

 

4. Limitation of Liability

 

Mail Station is not liable for damages related to delays, loss, or misdelivery of mail or packages caused by third-party carriers. For high-value shipments, customers should inquire about insurance options.

 

 

5. Changes to Services

 

We may update, modify, or discontinue services with notice to customers as required.

 

 

6. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
